Empathic and Caring Service for Your Loved Onereviewed on: 03/01/2021 by Bart
We had a short experience; however, a satisfying experience. i would highly recommended this company to others. The empathy and knowledge of the staff was wonderful. They understood what the family and our love done was going through. They gave us great advice when asked.
Our Tour Experiencereviewed on: 07/08/2021 by anonymous
The people who led our tour were very nice. It just wasn’t the right fit for our loved one due to the layout of the facility. I felt like the memory care rooms were too far away from the people who watch over the residents. But I know someone who lives in the independent living area, and they're very happy there.
Great experience at Birchwood Gardensreviewed on: 04/06/2021 by anonymous
I think that regardless of where you send a family member, you still need to be involved. Don't just drop them off and leave them. It's important to know the caregivers wherever you are, and stay in constant communication. They've been good with communication here. They're very quick to respond if something comes up. I like the environment here, being in a house vs. in a big facility. And the house is very open, so there's a community feel. The staff have been really friendly. We've already recommended this community to other families.

We chose Home Care Assistance because they are very proficient at what they will do. If they say they will have someone there, they will. The caregivers are all very responsible and caring. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking, they have been great.
Happy with our choicereviewed on: 08/03/2021 by anonymous
The staff here is great, very attentive and she is doing very well here and she is happy as a clam. They cook all of their own food and she has had no complaints on that at all. I would recommend to others looking, especially for this stage of life.
