We chose Elder Home Care because I was impressed with the lady I spoke with on the phone. I felt she was very caring, compassionate, and seemed genuinely concerned about proving the best possible care. We felt like we made the right decision with choosing them and I would absolutely recommend them.

A Good Home for Momreviewed on: 12/17/2020 by Margie D
The staff provide attentive and patient care for my mom at Brookdale West St. Paul. When we are unable to visit with our mom face to face the staff assists us with the clothing or supplies we bring for mom and they answer all of our questions. I am comforted to know mom is well looked after during these stressful times. I would highly recommend Brookdale West St Paul to others looking for a comfortable and loving home for their family member in need.
My tour experiencereviewed on: 05/21/2021 by anonymous
I knew pretty quickly this wasn't where I would have wanted my mom. The people there were so very sweet, and there was nothing wrong with the tour or the facility. It was just the difference between staying at your aunt's old house vs. living in a nice hotel, which was the type of community we chose for her in the end. We were looking for more of a luxury experience.

We were all set up and the caregiver called us and she told us that she hadn't been paid for weeks. No one could get a hold of the owner but when they did he said that he was closing the office and everyone was terminated. The caregiver we had did fine and everything seemed to be great until that.
