reviewed on: 12/23/2012 by A Place For Mom Customerit seems nice it doesn't have the warmth that some had, and the staff, although clearly caring, don't seem to be as invested in the lives of the residents. I know this is based on one quick visit but that's how it felt to me.

I've been particularly impressed by the aide staff. They're very caring and calm, and they never get irritated or raise their voices, they treat the residents with dignity. I also appreciate that they remain in constant contact with the families regarding care decisions and anything else that comes up.

They had so much copassion and were very caring.

The staff and the management treated her so much better in those three weeks than the place she lived for five years did. They had so much copassion and were very caring. I wish we had made the move sooner.
