I liked the whole approach, the ingredients for enhancing life.
reviewed on: 11/14/2014 by Family MemberI toured here. I liked the whole approach, the ingredients for enhancing life. Meals were at set times, that can be tough. The garden patio area was beautiful, with raised garden beds. I liked the movie theater, and the pub, there seemed to be a lot of emphasis on socialization. There was no kitchenette, and I didn't see them call anyone by name, which made me wonder if she knew their names.
Looked great
reviewed on: 12/26/2013 by SonThis place looked very nice when I toured. The staff seemed friendly, and it was very clean. We ended up selecting a community that was closer to areas that my mother was familiar with, but this place was an option we were considering.

reviewed on: 12/23/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerMade a visit. Very impressed by the amount of time that the marketing woman spent with me. Seemed very friendly and competent. Didn't like the decor! I know that isn't and shouldn't be a top priority but I don't think my mother would like it either! I was only given price for one kind of unit which slightly irritates me! I would prefer to know the full range of options.
Very nice place overall!
reviewed on: 03/24/2014 by K IWe were very impressed by our tour here, everything looked great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also like the activities for the community are not separated based on the, as it gives my parents a chance to meet all the residents when they participate. The nursing staff are also great here, they are very responsive, and will get back to you quickly about any issue you bring up to them! The one thing I think they could have done much better was the move-in process in general. It felt disorganized, we were having to seek out and talk to many different employees ourselves to get things set up. It would have been much easier to have a single contact person to help walk you through things.
Excellent Facility
reviewed on: 04/09/2015 by AnonymousGreat facility. Nursing Staff is wonderful, personal care staff is wonderful....everyone is so helpful! We took my mom to the facility after a stroke (and rehab was complete). She continues to get services that she needs through the coordination of everyone there.
