reviewed on: 04/08/2014 by DaveMy Mother has been in the assisted care unit of The Springs at Wilsonville for almost five months and I have been very pleased with the services and the overall facility. I have gone to visit my mother at all hours and have always been impressed with the staff and their attentiveness. My mother suffers from dementia and has unfortunately had several incidents that required special care or in some cases emergency services. I feel the staff have always done their best to keep me informed on the situations and done everything to keep her safe and comfortable. We will probably be moving my mother to the memory care unit in the future as her needs increase. The Springs also provides monthly Support Group Meetings for Families who are dealing with dementia that have been helpful and informative. Surprisingly, the meals that are served to the residents are well balanced and actually taste good. I am glad I chose The Springs for my mother and would recommend their care facility to anyone in need of a place for a loved one to live independently or in the assisted care area. I am also confident that when we move her to the memory care unit we will continue to have a positive experience.
Facility seems a bit dark...

We were looking at other communities in a different region and The Springs was half the price of that community for the same services. Our loved one loves it here and we are very satisfied with it.

If they do, I am sure this would be the place they would make their final decision on. My husband is adjusting to the move there slowly but he really enjoys it. He loves the staff and enjoys the food. I have absolutely no complaints at all about this community. It is exemplary!
Very supportive community
reviewed on: 08/20/2020 by Loriei think is a very good place for a population that gets increasing more difficult to serve. They keep of top of things, their conscientious, and for difficult people, that are very patient with the residents and the families. They are really good at communicating with the families. Its one of the more expensive places, but it's well worth it if you can afford it. It smells pleasant,they have a beautiful dining area, and it is friendly to walk into. I would absolutely would recommend this community to other families for assisted living.
