Community Reviews
Toured
reviewed on: 10/27/2015 by AnonymousI toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.
Boring view!
reviewed on: 02/01/2017 by AnonymousDuring my tour of The Springs at Sherwood, I did not find what I was looking for. The room that they showed me that would be mine was okay, but the view out the window was either to the parking lot or a blank wall. I need scenery. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to be prepared for me.
Strength Is In Their People
reviewed on: 10/21/2015 by AnonymousI think that their strength is in their people and in general they have a good staff, from bottom to top. I think that would probably summarize it all, they know what to do how to do it and they really care.
Very nice looking community
reviewed on: 04/14/2014 by T HWe toured this location when we were looking into care options for my loved one. This didn't end up being the community we selected but it was near the top of our list. It's a great looking place, very clean, and the decor gave it an upscale feel. The staff we met on the tour were all very friendly as well.
High Turnover Rate
reviewed on: 10/23/2015 by AnonymousI think they need to pay their caregivers more because they have a big turnover. They have a 14 day notice when you move out, but it would be impossible to know that if someone passes away. Yet, they still charged me for not giving a 14 day notice when my Mom passed. As far as the staff, they were good with my Mom. They treated her well, fed her well, and kept her clean. The Medical Aides were also very good with her.
