A nice tour for care
reviewed on: 08/17/2017 by AnonymousI toured this community for my new home. We liked the menu and the clean environment that we were able to see at the time of the tour. The menu looked healthy with a good variety. They have activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for families to tour for a good home

Quick and Courteous
reviewed on: 08/03/2015 by AnonymousLancaster Village has been really quick to respond to any needs we have. Any time I have gone to the front desk they have been quick and courteous to assist me with anything that has been needed for my loved one.
Sense of community
reviewed on: 06/23/2020 by AnonymousMy parents selected this community because it felt the most like home environment. they felt welcomed , well received, there names were used frequently in communications, and they were most responsive to my parents. They were very supportive in the decision making process. They didn't push us into making decision quickly. They were clear about the move in process, clear about the costs, and worked with us. My parents are comfortable in their apartment. The food is the one area that needs improvement to accommodate for dietary restrictions. The staff team as a whole are good communicators and really know each resident and address them by name.
Just OK
reviewed on: 01/02/2014 by DaughterWe know the manager at the retirement part of it. We were looking for assisted living, and it looked like good care, but building itself looked a little closed in. It wasn't bad, just not exactly what we were looking for.
