Our Tour Experiencereviewed on: 06/23/2021 by Tammy
Our tour was great. We toured during Covid, so that was difficult for them as well as us, but they did the best they could. They were very friendly and had great follow-up.
Highly recommend!reviewed on: 05/19/2021 by Stephnay G
Our experience with Peferred Care has been excellent, the nurse practitioner who comes to see our loved one every couple of weeks is outstanding she is perfect. If we have any questions after hours we can get on the online portal and talk to someone about our loved ones health, or talk about their medication. We just think they have gone above and beyond. We absolutely would recommend these home services to other families.
Our experience with Senior Helpersreviewed on: 03/04/2021 by anonymous
The managers were great, if I ever had a question they were prompt at responding back to me. But the caregivers on the other hand, we did not have a good experience with them. Sometimes they were no shows. Some days I had to be there with my mom and I would have to ask them to help out and do things because she liked to sit on the couch on her phone. We had another lady that left my mom unattended for half an hour and was going in and out of the house. With caregivers it is hit or miss, so you just have to find the right one.
No regrets moving into The Chateaureviewed on: 08/12/2021 by Katherine I
The Chateau is a very nice community. Mom's apartment is large with ample storage. Love the balcony and full kitchen. The staff is friendly and caring. Mom is slowly making friends and participating in more activities. This was a great move for her.
My review of Falls River Courtreviewed on: 03/24/2021 by anonymous
I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends or family, it wasn't the absolutely best experience we had but we did have a good experience. Our loved one received good care, and this community was just night and day compared to the previous community our loved one was at.
