Not very happy with how things are going!!

There has been a few miss communications and the staff seem to always be taking the easiest rout instead of the right way to do things. For example my dad really wants to walk him self to the dinning room since he is able and they will not let him. They make him sit in his wheelchair and push him because its faster then taking the time to patiently walk with him to his meal. I just am not happy overall and hope to see some improvements soon or else I will be making some changes.
