Friendly people. Slow...

Everything has been great
reviewed on: 07/09/2013 by LisaSomerset is a great community and would give the friendliness of their staff a 6. Any issues we have had they have addressed and have found solutions. The timing on their part was just great. They were not calling me at all hours but rather would call when we needed them to and addressed questions. Our father is just so happy here and we were prepared for the worst and were pleasantly surprised. We are very happy with Somerset and would recommend them to anyone.

They seem to be responsive if you have any needs that need to be taken care of. The serving staff are very accommodating and very friendly. My experience at the Somerset Lodge has been very positive. My loved one is very happy here. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place.

Time Flies When you're having fun.

At Somerset Lodge the residents I spoke with were positive about there experiences and recommend it. Communications lines between the employees and residents are very open too. The meals are served with care and with the goal of pleasing those having the meals. There is some diversity in residents being from different parts of the world. Also, there are those who choose to dress up and others who chose to be casual dressers. And those in between. There are some residents bilingual with accents. Others who are English speaking only. Activity Director is putting events together and makes an effort to engage residents. I recommend giving Somerset Lodge a good look.
