They offer peace of mind for me, and they have the same person there day to day. They were personable, caring, and able to communicate with us. They provided companionship, A family environment with sensitive caring !
a great place for your loved onereviewed on: 07/06/2021 by Irma
The community doesn't walk out of residence to the dining room, they do inform them that it meal time. I would like to see them accompany their residence or set them on the path to the dining room. I would recommend this community to others, overall it's a great place.
Highly recommend!reviewed on: 05/19/2021 by Stephnay G
Our experience with Peferred Care has been excellent, the nurse practitioner who comes to see our loved one every couple of weeks is outstanding she is perfect. If we have any questions after hours we can get on the online portal and talk to someone about our loved ones health, or talk about their medication. We just think they have gone above and beyond. We absolutely would recommend these home services to other families.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the care they provided was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was happy. The community was ahead of the curve with covid and did a great job keeping their residents safe. I would recommend this community to others. The grounds are secure and safe for memory care also.
