I do not live in the area but staff are very good to respond to any areas of concern I have and accommodate us as best as possible for visits, especially during the Covid-19 times! They are very willing to speak with me when I have concerns, and best of all, my mom loves it here. She tells me nighty in our conversations how lucky she is to be spoiled where she is! As for the number of stars in the rating, well let me just say, I don't ever tend to give a perfect for anything, so please understand that. I will also say that this residence has provided for my aunt, who also lived there very comfortably for around 5 years, and for about 12 years before that, my aunt would visit a very dear friend. So, we have known this residence for many years. Thanks you for caring so much for my mom!
