Villagia, a welcoming home
reviewed on: 04/29/2017 by Tiki BoutzouvisFrom the moment our Mom walked through the doors of Villagia, she felt at home, cared for and safe. In her words, "This is the happiest I've been in years!". Loneliness and isolation were daily battles for my Mom, who was widowed 15 years ago. Now her children all know that she feels a new enthusiasm and looks forward to new adventures. The process in getting Mom settled was seemless, from the initial interview to the move-in, to meeting the professional staff. We highly recommend Villagia, and so does our mother.

reviewed on: 05/26/2020 by Mother hereNot the best place. Very expensive, basic accomodations in an old building, snarky staff. My mother went from independent living to full-time care and we often found she was not attended to when needed - slept in clothes and wore them next day. They feed them well, but not much training for the staff, who seem surprised when a senior, not in the moment, digs in their heels and doesn't do what they want them to do. For the price, it was substandard in most of the categories.
