Everything Has Been Good, Generally Speaking
reviewed on: 09/16/2015 by AnonymousThe administration is our biggest concern, they just don't seem to have things categorized correctly. The people there are very nice. Sometimes there is a problem in the dining room, I think, because they have several people that do no feed themselves and they have to sit there and wait, sometimes up to an hour, for someone to come along and feed them. Other than that everything has been good. They are kind and patient.
Nice place, some trouble with billing
reviewed on: 02/06/2015 by AnonymousI think they do an excellent job at Emeritus at Outlook Manor, in terms of the care and the service that they provide. The facility itself is lovely, clean, and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly. My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself here! However, we have had some issues with the billing department. During the sales process we were told the community entry fee would be waived, which it was not. We are also paying more than we were quoted during the sales process.
If your loved one can't be at home, they need to be at Paramount!

I have piece of mind and I can tell a total difference in my mom's demeanor. I can tell she feels safe and happy. I am not one to right reviews. I need to really believe in something. I believe in Paramount! They have given me, and my Mom, our lives back and I can't ask for anything more than that!

I'm Glad I Came
reviewed on: 03/07/2019 by Nelson SmithAs a resident of Paramount Senior Living of Westerville I am very happy to have chosen this facility for the second time. Fortunately, my family placed me here two years ago after a hospitalization. Last year at my home I realized that I was getting weaker and losing weight and signed myself back in having been satisfied with my first stay. My second stay has been better than my first. They have an excellent nursing staff that exhibits a real care for the residents. The facility itself is cleaner than it's ever been. Under the new ownership of Paramount they are investing a lot of capital into new carpeting, new interior decor and furnishings and exterior improvements. The food program is catered to the needs of each resident and the food itself is very good. There are activities seven days a week and quite a bit of outside entertainment coming in to us.. The fee schedule is equal to or below that of other assisted living facilities. If I was responsible for placing a loved one, this would be the place.
