I love how this building sits in a residential neighborhood, is very quiet, yet convenient. The tower is such a bright spot. I love the outdoor area that's so accessible to the tenants. I love the ease of entry to the memory care unit. My Mother's apartment is spacious and nice. The common areas are nice as well. I think my Mom will be comfortable here. I know I am. The cost was just about what I expected. If you don't see a 5 star rating on a category, it's because I will need more time to assess those areas.

reviewed on: 07/29/2020 by AnonymousMy father is a resident at The Woodlands. There is a lot of staff turnover, from the dietary staff, to nursing, to office, on up to the administration. He stated that as soon as he gets used o someone, they are gone. Regarding dietary, he has asked about certain vegetables to be served sometimes (yams and lima beans or butter beans), but they are not served. He does like most of the music activities. Also, thanks for the cookouts you sometimes have.
