reviewed on: 08/01/2020 by AnonymousStaff are kind, work hard and genuinely care about residents. Need more staff and activities for memory care residents. More structure day to day with activity provides good stimulation and could reduce behaviors.
I would recommend The Woodlands!!
reviewed on: 06/14/2016 by AnonymousMy wife has been at this community for about a month and so far things are going fine. The staff are friendly, nice and helpful. She likes the food and they offer a good variety. The community is clean. She does also enjoy participating in many of the activities.

We could see my mom enjoying these things. The staff was friendly and the Director was very welcoming. We may very well pursue this placement.
It Doesn't Seem Like A Great Fit

The cost is more than I thought and there has not been much help financially. he just wants to go home. They have activities for participation and he has tried a few but still is not comfortable here.

The facility itself isn't quite as new and fancy looking as some others we have seen in the area, but the care and services they provide here are incredible! Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional, and they have so much to offer the people that live here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!
