Friendly and Accommodating
reviewed on: 07/08/2013 by JoyWe chose Sterling House because the staff is really nice and have gone out of their way to answer any questions we had. Although it hurts making this decision we feel we made the right decision in selecting these communities. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. When we first started talking to them we went to the community for a visit and then they came to us for a visit. They seem to really care and like they really wanted our loved one to be a part of their community. We were able to go to sleep day she moved in knowing that she will be safe and would not be in harms way. We are very pleased with Sterling House so far and would recommend it to anyone.

reviewed on: 01/30/2017 by AnonymousEverything has been going great here with my dad. He has even gotten involved with a few activities. He loves the food and going to the dining hall to mingle with his friends. The community is always kept clean and we are all just very pleased with them.
We made the right choice!
reviewed on: 03/23/2018 by Jane, Chuck and DebOne of the hardest choices we've had to make for our Mother has been where she would live in her later years. We got it right with Landings of Lancaster! She loves the home like atmosphere and the loving staff, which is something we didn't find with larger facilities. The courtyard is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. There is a true feeling of family and friendship with the staff and the other residents. We all look forward to the Family Night gatherings they have each month. It's a great time to visit and spend time with our family and get to know the other residents a little bit better.
