excellent service to usereviewed on: 05/17/2021 by J stagner
This company has good people working for them. They are kind, gentle, helpful, and always on time. They do a great job with the care they provide. I would recommend this service to others and already have.

We had a very limited experience with Right At Home. We chose them because the lady that runs it, we liked her personality, she was very caring and wanted to be part of the family and put our family at ease which is what sold us. They were willing to do whatever it took before my wife passed and after to settle things up and make things easier. I would highly recommend them.

We chose Griswold Home Care because they were well rated and we liked what we heard when we interviewed them versus others. They have been reliable and responsive and we have been satisfied. I would recommend them.

You have to communicate with their office regarding scheduling. For instance, we had a caregiver with an varying schedule. She was a college student who had to go home for the summer. So you have to coordinate with their director to make sure that the new person knows what's going on. But they seem to be very good at orientation. All in all, we've had good experiences with the caregivers. My loved one has been happy with them.
