Better than I expected
reviewed on: 05/21/2020 by Colleen JThey clean my mother's room regularly. Additionally they have had zero cases of Covid-19 in the community. The staff is great and have even been letting residents use their personal cell phones to FaceTime us and have gone above and beyond to maintain the safety of the residents. Concord Place is a very good value for the price. They are good about keeping my mother engaged by letting her engage in various activities around the community.
Great Community, But A Little Expensive

The staff was kind and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. They have nice activities offered for the residents. Everyone was very nice. Their rates were expensive for our budget. It is a very nice community overall.

My aunt was okay with it but my uncle was not comfortable with it. The Brookdale was very nice and clean, it would have been an option for us if that was what we were looking for.

reviewed on: 09/18/2020 by AnonymousMy mother was on the memory care side, we had a very good experience from the top management all the way down. The staff members here are very caring. It seemed like sometimes they were a little bit understaffed though. The room sizes were good, they were all private rooms here unlike some others we looked into. I think they could have had more activities. Overall I would recommend Concord Place.
