Community Reviews
Lovely place!
reviewed on: 02/23/2017 by AnonymousThe Atrium Senior Living of Park Ridge was a very nice complex. The place was very clean and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would love to live here myself. I chose another community because my mother needed a higher level of care, but this was a great option.
THe Plaza Regency-like a resort
reviewed on: 05/08/2014 by Mary CasettaI live locally in Montvale and my mom needed rehab following a hip replacement. Plaza was recommended by a friend who had been there and another local facility. She raved about the PT staff and the food, so we decided to send mom there. She arrived on a Saturday and we were a little hesitant about a weekend transfer, but she was seen by PT within 24 hours and started her workouts the following day. Between her hip and copd she was not feeling well at first, but within 17 days she was ready to come home and was babysitting again shortly thereafter. It wasn't perfect, but it was pretty close. Thank you to James and his team for a job well done!!
Nice place, nice people.
reviewed on: 05/17/2019 by AnonymousWe moved my parents into Atrium Senior Living in January 2019. At the time we made the decision to pick the Atrium we were told that the Atrium was being purchased by a well known senior living proprietor. Many promises were made for upgrades at the facility. To date these upgrades are still not implemented. The dining room serves mediocre food. My parents say it is beginning to improve but still leaves a lot to be desired. Activities are limited. However the Staff is attentive, pleasant and great to work with. We are hoping that facility gets the upgrades soon since this is one of the reasons we moved them here in the first place.
A nice community
reviewed on: 04/18/2017 by AnonymousThe person that took us on tour of the community was nice and knowledgable. The community seemed clean. They offer daily activities. I did not think this community offered the level of care my loved one needed.
We felt the community was modern and well staffed.
