Buyer beware bring your check book
reviewed on: 08/19/2020 by Monique DavisGranville is very expensive, they always added money onto your fees. Always nickle and dimed everything. We had no problem with the community or the staff there, just way to expensive. Besides the money everything was fabulous. But we would never recommend this place to a family or friend. They rob you. Be prepared to bring your checkbook.
Good results
reviewed on: 02/07/2015 by mnorton86Since she arrived there 5 months ago, Granville has treated my mother-in-law with respect, has advised the family, and kept the family informed about her conditions, meds, etc. The needed level of care has actually gone down from her previous facility. Sometimes it has been a bit bumpy. I would never represent that they are miracle workers, but results do matter and we have gotten good results.
