Perfect experience so far
reviewed on: 02/26/2021 by anonymousWe chose The Springs because the tour really showed me what it was like and the price was right. Mom is in a studio and it is perfect size for her needs. They have taken the covid situation very precisely and have been great with communication. I would highly recommend.
Tour of The Springs
reviewed on: 05/19/2021 by anonymousWe toured The Springs and it was a really nice facility and tour. It was actually our second choice and we would have gone with it if we did not have family connections with another facility.
The Springs is a Good Place
reviewed on: 07/26/2021 by Paul BIt's really good at The Springs. It has a small town feel to it where everybody knows everybody. From the CNAs to the nurses to upper management, there's a feeling of family. They all know everybody and are all concerned about everybody who lives there. The food is good. Recently they had a 4th of July get-together with the families, and everything was really good. They seem to keep our loved one very busy. We're more than overjoyed with them.
Excellent atmosphere
reviewed on: 11/12/2020 by AnonymousWe chose The Springs at Grand Park because of several factors. One was for the location, another was when we walked in we got a good feeling, it was very homey and not institutionalized. It was also a smaller community and more focused on the residents with better 1 on 1 care. Overall, we have had a very good experience here and would recommend the facility.
Way beyond
reviewed on: 11/11/2018 by Christy RothWhen I called A Place for Mom is was out of choices and ideas. My Mother needed a little extra medical help and other places wouldn't take her. The Springs said yes 'no problem'. My mother was so down mentally and physically our family didn't think she would see Christmas this year. Since moving in to the Springs in July, my mother is thriving. She plays bingo, cards, Wii bowling, and attends most of the special events. Her mobility, mental aptitude, and social life has surged beyond anything that I ever hoped for. Thanks for finding this place for me.
