Best memory care facility in this area...
reviewed on: 11/16/2019 by AnonymousBefore selecting a residential memory care facility for our loved one, I carefully reviewed most of the facilities in this geographical area. Upon completion of the reviews, I knew there was only one facility I would be 100% comfortable having our loved one reside at. It was Benton House of Blue Springs. Our family member has been there one week, and we have not be disappointed. The entire staff, from administrators to care givers and dining/hospitality associates have just been amazing. Benton House is a relaxed environment that provides the highest level of care.
Outstanding Care for Mom
reviewed on: 11/04/2016 by AnonymousMy mom is doing vrey well here. This is the best of the best for great care. She is loving all the activities. The staff is outstanding and very cariing. They have made my mom very happy with the care she is receiving. I would highly recommend this community in eveyway to others.
Still Adjusting, but Overall A Great Community

She is still adjusting, but they are trying their best to care for her. This is a great community, and we are pleased with all they have done for overall. There are a few little things we would like to change, but overall we satisfied with her move here. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

reviewed on: 10/06/2021 by ScarletWe chose Benton House of Blue Springs because of the friendliness of the staff members, the facility itself is beautiful, and her room looks out into a courtyard. Her bathroom is very open so if she ever needs a wheelchair there will be plenty of space for that. Staff here are very caring and attentive. I do think that they be more encouraging to residents to participate in activities and they could provide a better variety of things to do. Their shuttle service is $50 even for in town appointments and I think that is a little steep, we figured that would be included in the rent. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

The location of it's community was not likely. It was a great pleasure to meet real nice staff and see their generosity but I had to decline their offer based on it did not interest me.
