reviewed on: 02/18/2015 by AnonymousThey are doing just fine. We have no concerns whatsoever. She is adjusting well and she likes the food, it's pretty good. It's kept clean, the people are friendly. It's all working out pretty well, so far.
A place for Mom however not necessarily for Dad
reviewed on: 07/16/2016 by AnonymousMy father has lived here for two years now. Activities are very poor for men. My Dad has many interests and likes visiting with others, however he is not a Bingo person or bridge player. He isn't interested in baking together in the commons kitchen. It would be nice to offer good music events other than an accordian player with nothing but sleeping women in wheelchairs attending. The food is OK, nothing special. The price you have to pay, $11.00 for a guest meal is asking a lot for such a tiny amount of food. My Dad likes the people who work there and likes talking to them. His apartment is nice too. They keep it in good order too.

reviewed on: 12/30/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerThis is a nice place for seniors The apartments are large and roomy. Activities for the seniors appear to be plentiful. However, ambulatory patients were not as visible as the those in wheelchairs. Caregivers were also present for assistance with their patient. Would like to have seen more independent living patients.
Independent Living
reviewed on: 09/09/2013 by AlecMy mother is in the independent living portion, in an apartment over there. The activites...there is card night with two tables and four people at each table so how do you get in on that? And there's movie night with a tv set up and about 3 people so there's not a whole lot going on for her. She's more active than a lot of them. Overall the facility is great. I think that maybe there could be a little bit more community building but I don't know how you go about doing that since these people are all independent and living in their own apartments and come and go as they please.
