Excellence in Service!
reviewed on: 11/02/2021 by NathanielGlacier Hills has beautiful grounds, and very friendly staff that really seem to care! Covid has been difficult for everyone but it's when the going is tough that people show their true selves. Glacier Hills has put the health and well-being before all else!
Really gone down hill - buyer beware
reviewed on: 09/11/2021 by Jordan MGlacier Hills in Ann Arbor Michigan has declined rapidly in quality, safety, and dedicated staff services since Trinity Health took over. You can see how online reviews have really gone downhill since 2016! Their priorities were cost cutting....paying CNA's less than Burger King employees, using low cost high school kids as dining staff, and stopped staffing invaluable social workers. Trinity dismisses residents/family. Trinity has turned over Glacier Hills' top management.. President 3 times, Assisted/CRC administrator 3 times and Sales staff 100%. Top Trinity SLC accountable of GH (VP Senior Housing Operations and VP Healthcare Operations only show up once a month!!!) Trinity is trying to hide low quality service standards and poor resident relations with fresh paint, interior updates and BIG promises quality/safety will be restored. Demand SEVERAL months proof showing quality/safety standards and resident satisfaction has been restored before signing on the dotted line!
