Waterstone at Wellesley is excellent
reviewed on: 08/04/2018 by hllcrstOur mother has been here for over 4 years. She is 91 with progressive dementia and does need assistance at times, but can also socialize independently. Waterstone has been wonderful. The staff is warm, well trained, always available and helpful. The facility itself is beautiful with comfortable common rooms and absolutely excellent food. The activities are a combination of fun and intellectual, offering a range from music to history presentations to bingo, etc. We would highly recommend Waterstone for assisted living.
The Other Tour Visit
reviewed on: 09/30/2016 by AnonymousThe tour I was given was a good job. They were on time and knowledgeable of the community. The interaction I seen appeared to be kind and respectful towards the residents. I think I was offered a complimentary meal but I didn't have time. This is in a great spot and it would have been suitable.
Pretty good meals
reviewed on: 12/17/2015 by AnonymousThe facility is nice, although the rooms are kind of small. The staff is great and they really care about the residents. This is a relatively new facility, but it seems to be running pretty smoothly. The meals are healthy and they actually taste pretty good.
Excellent Professional Friendly Staff and Beautiful Facilities
reviewed on: 03/18/2021 by JaneI highly recommend it for the facilities, the location, the common areas are very appealing, and the staff is very friendly. Communication has been a bit of an issue. The orientation was confusing to my loved ones, although I 'm not sure how much of that was due to Covid. Communication regarding minor maintenance repairs and transportation has also been difficult. The transportation is not as seamless as the make it seem, but I haven't given up on it for appointments and such. My loved ones are very happy with the food. Overall we've been pleased.
