reviewed on: 07/05/2017 by AnonymousMy brother is fine living at this community. The staff are providing care that he is suppose to get. He likes all the activities and goes places too. He is enjoying the outings. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
A tour for care for mom

The community was nice and the meals were appealing in the menu. They offered good activities. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.
My Brother Loves This Community

From what my brother has told me he really likes this community and is meeting a lot of new people. I would say this is a top of the line community. He says they have excellent cleaning service, they come and clean his room once a week and they do his laundry for him. He likes the food and the dining area. The commutation between me and the staff is wonderful. He really likes this community and that is why I would recommend it.

So far, so good
reviewed on: 01/12/2017 by AnonymousI picked Brightview because it was not on the main road. We really like the food there and the activities. The director of the memory care, Lisa, is very nice. The place is clean, for the most part but they could use some improvement in the housekeeping. The staff are all friendly, but sometimes I see them on their phones rather than interacting with the residents and I really wish they would interact more with them. Other than that, the place has been a good fit for my loved one, and we are pleased.
