I was amazed with how impressed I was with them.

I think that the interaction with the staff is great, from the dining room staff to the administration, they are consistent. We are happy with them.

So we had to put our foot down with the staff on this matter. We had several unfortunate experiences shortly after mom and dad arrived at this facility. They had a leak in the ceiling days after moving in and then my father passed away soon after. So our experience here has been colored by these events so far.
