reviewed on: 08/28/2015 by AnonymousThe nursing service at Brightview Westminster Ridge needs improving. Mom is diabetic and was not receiving her medication. So we had to put our foot down with the staff on this matter. We had several unfortunate experiences shortly after mom and dad arrived at this facility. They had a leak in the ceiling days after moving in and then my father passed away soon after. So our experience here has been colored by these events so far.

reviewed on: 01/08/2015 by AnonymousOur experience with Brightview Westminster Ridge has been a very positive one! The entire place just has a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The residents all seem to get along so well, nobody even closes their doors during the day! It's a clean, nice looking community, and they even do a great job with the food!
