Good experience
reviewed on: 08/16/2021 by JimWe chose Hart Heritage because it was much more attractive, pricing was comparable to others we looked into, and it was very clean. The location is also great as well. The room sizes are adequate for my mom. I do think that they could offer more activities for the residents each day. I would recommend to others who are looking.
Hart Heritage review
reviewed on: 10/05/2020 by AnonymousAt the moment they have cut back on activities due to COVID. When we first came to visit it seemed to be a very friendly atmosphere. The communication could be a little better, depending on who you asked you may receive a different answer. We were able to eat a meal there before COVID, and it was just okay. However, our loved one seems to be relatively happy here,

Depressing atmosphere
reviewed on: 01/30/2016 by Gabriel LownerTheir personal care consist of feeding, cleaning and put your loved one in a room to sleep in a recliner. No activities or outdoor time offered. Most residents seem to be over medicated and dazed. Very depressing!
