reviewed on: 12/24/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerThey did not know I was coming. The Director gave me the tour, he was very nice and informative. They were experiencing a power outage but I was able to see everything. The rooms were spacious, this is an older building.

reviewed on: 07/11/2013 by VisitorSpringvale Terrace is a great community that was closer and more convenient for me, but my loved one wanted to stay in the neighborhood he lived in for 40 years. The location is really good and the price was incredibly reasonable. This community had a lot to offer for the price they are charging. Overall it was a very nice and well maintained community that I would have selected for my loved one, but they decided to be at a different community.
1st time here and i got a good feeling about this place.

The location is going through some renovation. It was so nice to see how people interacted with everyone that lives there. Front desk gave me a warm greeting. I noticed that everyone was smiling and laughing. Great to hear that seniors still have fun at this location. Everything was decorated so nicely for the holidays. I really did like what I saw. My friend told me that they are under new management and it looks like great things will happen once renovated.

I believe that this was the best decision that my family and I could have made for my father. Thank you so much. This is a very attentive, caring, senior community. I have no worries for my family member.
