From the moment we walked in the door the staff was nothing but exceptional
reviewed on: 12/13/2018 by Michael SmithBoth of my grandparents were here and from the moment we walked in the door the staff was nothing but exceptional to them and my family. We have also had friends and family visit my grandparents and have been told that Hart Heritage is such a nice place.
Words cannot express the gratitude for caring for Viola for nearly 2 1/2 years
reviewed on: 04/27/2016 by Wendy I.To all of you, Words cannot express the gratitude for caring for Viola for nearly 2 1/2 years that she was with you. As many of you know, she was certainly very difficult at times and as you became familiar with her personality, she could make you laugh! As difficult as she was, I will miss her and I hope she has found happiness. She was unfortunately defined by the grief that she had from losing her son 16 years ago and I pray that they are now reunited. You are all very special and the job that you do is so very important. Thank you!
Staff is courteous, professional and caring
reviewed on: 04/18/2019 by Alice M.My mother has been at Hart Heritage for around a year now, and our family is very happy with the care and support mom receives here. The staff is courteous, professional, and caring. The facility is clean overall and moms room is well maintained. We always have a family member with mom at least three times a week. Mom is 91 and they treat her very well and include her in daily activities. She eats pretty good for her age. Her health is looked after by the nurses and they answer any questions we have and they show us they care. I like that they try to provide a well rounded activity for the residents, We receive a newsletter and the family is asked for any input to the both the newsletter and activities. Mom loves the bingo and the rosary meeting that is offered. Our family would definitely recommend this facility for an elderly family member. The staff in the dining area and kitchen are very friendly and look after mom if she is not eating, they have even substituted a meal if she did not like what they were serving. The maintenance staff is also good. I also love housekeeping once my mom s blanket was missing and housekeeping searched another floor and they found it. No big thing but they showed they cared.
It was comforting to know he was in a safe and compassionate environment
reviewed on: 03/02/2017 by Jodie GeraghtyThe staff at Hart Heritage: Thank you so much for the beautiful wreath that was sent to my Dad’s memorial service. It was absolutely beautiful. I especially want to thank you all so very much for taking such good care of my father. Deanna was knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns and questions. Her, as well as the rest of the staff, couldn’t be any more accommodating. It was very comforting to our family knowing he was in a safe and compassionate environment. Thank you again, Jamie, Jody, Dee, and Family
A New Home for Mom
reviewed on: 10/13/2018 by Helen HatchettMy Mom has been @ Hart Heritage for a little over 3 years & is nearing the end of her life. The staff has been great with her - from the front desk staff to the aides, the RN's, the kitchen staff, the housekeeping staff, maintenance, the activities director & all those behind the scenes. I will miss everyone when I no longer "have to visit my Mom." My Mom no longer wants to leave the "girls" who make sure her needs are met such taking her to the bathroom or making sure that her hair is done by the hairdresser who is phenomenal with everyone's needs/ desires. I am one of my Mom's 5 children & we are all pleased with her room, the other residents, the building & grounds and feel the cost is approprite. One of my brothers manages group homes throughout the U.S. & he feels that Hart Heritage meets my Mom's physical & mental needs (she has dementia & has had strokes). Our entire extended family has been welcomed by the staff whether it was a holday celebration or just a routine visit. It's not easy to move a loved one from their home but it's the next best thing to home.
