How great your staff was to sit with my dad, Frank, while he was in his last hours beyond their shift
reviewed on: 03/11/2016 by Sherrie ManersI just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how great your staff was to sit with my dad, Frank, while he was in his last hours. I arrived around 7:15am to find the night staff sitting around him. You could tell they were visibly upset. He passed around 7:45am. I enjoyed hearing some of the "Frankie" stories. They were all caring and comforting. They stayed beyond their shift to make sure he was taken care of with love and dignity. I just wanted to take the time to thank them and let you know what a great team you have. Thank you for the time he had at Hart Heritage and the care he received from all to the very end. Please share my thank you and love. Sherrie Maners
Mom would always comment on how nice everyone treated her
reviewed on: 04/19/2016 by coxlesTo the Staff at Hart Heritage-Forest Hill: We both want to say THANK YOU for the beautiful flowers you sent our family after the passing of our mother. Also, for the care that you gave her during the time she lived at Hart Heritage. During our visits with her, Mom would always comment on how nice everyone treated her. This made us feel good too knowing that she felt at home and was in a loving, caring facility. Even though Mom didn't remember the names of those who tended to her daily needs, we know she greatly appreciated your help and your smiles. THANK YOU again, Darlene and Les

liked facility
reviewed on: 10/27/2015 by Robert CookI was visiting with my friend and The staff was wonderful. The feel of warmth and love as soon as you hit the front door. If my parents were still here, I would place them at this community. There was no odor and overall, very nice.
Beautiful living area
reviewed on: 08/13/2020 by Susan LangbeenThey provide a foot doctor, a primary care doctor that is on call and visits. Some activities they have are bingo, arts and crafts, a person that comes in and provides music entertainment, they also provide church services once a week. The have different sizes rooms, my parents are in a 22 X 20 room. They have two nice windows in it. They provide the bedding to the residents. Some of the rooms have a bathroom inside. For those who don't have a bathroom in their bedroom, it would be right down the hall. The food kind of reminds us of hospital food, but overall pretty good. The food is well prepared. They give different options to those residents who don't like the food they are serving that day. We liked the way it looked and they way it smelled. It always smelled good there. Its very pretty in the lobby, there is a lot of decorations. Somewhat upper class decorations. The residents can also walk out to a big patio area with tables and benches.
