Our tour experiencereviewed on: 09/14/2021 by anonymous
Our family had an in person tour and we noticed on the tour how small the rooms were and that it is a much older facility. They also did not have a one bedroom available at the time. Our loved one had previously been involved with a UPMC senior living and kind of wanted to stay away from it.
My review of Right at Home - Northern Lake County, IL (AgingCare)reviewed on: 06/17/2021 by anonymous
Our family only used Right at Home for about a week and during that time they were very responsive, and assisted our loved one all the time. We would recommend their services to other family and friends.
Tour of Alohareviewed on: 07/08/2021 by anonymous
We toured Aloha and it was actually our second choice. The facility was very clean and put together. The only reason we did not choose it was because the room they had available would have been far away from everything.
Our experience has been nothing but positive.reviewed on: 02/17/2021 by Anonymous
My parents moved into The View 3 years ago. The minute we walked into the facility we all knew this would be their new home. The facility was immaculate clean and felt cozy. Mom & Dad immediately felt comfortable. Leaving their home was very difficult but moving into The View made the transition much easier. The staff has always been loving and provides very excellent care. There has not been a day they have been unhappy with the facility or services. My family has never worried about our parents. My father passed away at The View 2 years ago. The staff was incredibly caring and professional during this process. They have made mom feel loved after his passing. My family is eternally grateful! Our family feels like we have an extended family caring for our mother. We can't thank the staff enough for their concern and love they have shown to our family.
Very good memory carereviewed on: 03/01/2021 by anonymous
I talk to my mother on the phone a lot and she seems happy here. I think she is getting good care and it has been a good experience so far. It is a beautiful facility and has a lot of window views. Their head nurse is very friendly and responsive if you have any issues. They have a brand new chief executive but I have not gotten to talk to her yet, but it has disrupted anything in the facility. I would definitely recommend them for memory care.
