Community Reviews
Senior Living
reviewed on: 06/09/2020 by Susan HodgeIt is a good place but it is costly. The staff was very friendly. My mom did not like the food. My mom had a restricted diet and they did not follow her diet. The room sizes were decent. They had outdoor space for the residents in the middle of the building with chairs and bird feeders and a garden.
Kind Tour, Everything Went Well
reviewed on: 06/19/2017 by AnonymousEveryone was very kind to my family, and myself during our tour. The community looked nice, and everything was nice, and clean. Our questions were answered. The staff was pleasant, and everything went well. Unfortunately I did find another community that suited our needs better.
my review of Ashton Manor
reviewed on: 08/06/2021 by RMThe community is very neat and clean and the staff is friendly and open to feedback. If there are any issues at all they are addressed quickly and a solution is found. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
Assisted Living Facility very good
reviewed on: 03/13/2015 by patches1We selected Ashton Manor because the facility is one - level and my mom could not handle getting in and out of an elevator or being on a floor higher than the ground floor. The facility is only 3 years old and very beautifully maintained both inside and out. The care givers are very helpful and friendly and the administrator is always available for questions. The living areas and bathroom are very spacious. The only complaint my mom has is about the food. There is not enough variety for her tastes and no alternatives are usually available. But overall I am very pleased with the care my mom is receiving.
Mom is happy hear
reviewed on: 12/28/2017 by AnonymousMom is here in this community and I can't say enough good things about Ashton Manor. She is in the memory care unit where the staff understands how to communicate with her. There is great communication between the staff and I. They will engage her to join the daily activities. The meals are nutritious and wonderful. It is very clean and there are no odors. It is just a bright, cheery and positive place. They have multiple courtyard areas they can enjoy. There are raised garden boxes and the landscaping is beautiful all the way back to the sun room. I would recommend this community. Also Jay the director is really nice to work with.
