A Place You Can Trust
reviewed on: 03/02/2021 by Beverly VIn the move from assisted living to memory care my mother was skeptical and hesitant. Thankfully the Independence family made it as helpful and smooth as possible. Everyone from the administration to nurses to daily care providers treated my mother as she was their own--with kindness, dignity, tenderness. They were extremely accommodating to us as her children as we helped in the moving process and worked to make her feel at home and safe and comfortable. My brothers and I are very grateful for all in the Independence Village family. We know that our mother has prompt attention to her physical, emotional, and mental needs. We know she is safe. We are assured that everyone to whom we have entrusted her care has her best interest in mind. We trust that not because that is their job and they are employed, but because we have witnessed that their hearts have a passion and compassion for each resident in their community.
