It's been so wonderful. My parents have loved it.
reviewed on: 04/15/2014 by LisaIt's been so wonderful. My parents have loved it. The food is wonderful. The people knew my parents name, they were so and warm and welcoming, when we first visited. They have just been wonderful. Housekeeping comes in once a week. I think they really liked the ambiance and that is why we chose them.

Rittenhouse hits the mark in all ways.
reviewed on: 07/07/2021 by SamThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. We've had a few little issues here and there, like the maintenance staff can be slow to get to requests. I also think there might be some communication issues between the front desk/doctors/care staff. But if our loved one falls, they call us immediately and let us know. The doctors and nurses on staff are great, so your loved one will receive good care. They're very attentive, so we feel very good having our loved one there.
Mom is happy
reviewed on: 08/14/2015 by DeniseMoving my mother into Assisted Living and then shortly into Dementia Care was an emotional tornado for my family. The staff extended themselves above and beyond to make her comfortable, as well as assist our family in the transition. It is clean. The staff friendly and caring. Most of all, my mom is happy. She is safe and happy. We feel blessed to have found Rittenhouse
