Good community for othersreviewed on: 09/09/2021 by Donna A
Our family has had a positive experience so far. The community is clean, and the staff members are friendly. The meals are little to be desired, but the activities are good and the value for cost is good.
I'd do it again at a moment's noticereviewed on: 04/09/2021 by LN
Our experience on the whole has been great. There were some billing problems at one point, but they were straightened out as soon as I called them. I feel very secure leaving my home with my loved one there. The lady we currently have is awesome. She's very friendly, and she lets me know if there's ever a problem or anything wrong. I've even gone home and the floors have been vacuumed. I couldn't believe it! I think we made a great choice, having never done this before. I expected my loved one to be taken care of, but I didn't expect the extra little things like a few dishes in the sink getting washed. Of course he's the most important part.
Highly recommendreviewed on: 09/15/2021 by Charlotte H
I got to know all of the caregivers intimately and got to spend a lot of time with them, they are worth their weight in gold. and I do think they could be paid more. There is nothing I would not recommend about this company, they were just phenomenal.

The community is very clean, we have never had any issues and the staff members have been fabulous. The only reason we did not give the community a 5 was because our minor issues with the billing department, but everything has now been straightened out. Our loved ones room is beautifully set up. The residents can pick and choose what they would like to eat. Our loved one is vegetarian so they have been very helpful and accommodating with coming up with different food options for her to eat. We absolutely think the value is worth it.
I wouldn't use them again.reviewed on: 09/24/2021 by anonymous
For a while they didn't have a housekeeper worth a darn. I haven't been able to go in much due to Corona. They've been under quarantine for a month. The staff are friendly. But they think that just because he's old he can't think. He's had a couple of bedsores since he's been there. But they did call in nursing services to care for the bedsores. They have a lot of patients and not enough staff. But the staff that are there work hard. He says the food is delivered cold, and he's lost weight. They haven't had activities due to quarantine. It's terribly expensive, and I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth.
