Beautiful facility
reviewed on: 07/07/2021 by Nesta HWe chose Chapman Place because of the convenient location as well as the cost, it was the best that I was able to find in the area. The room sizes here are on the smaller side but adequate. We are able to come and go as we please as long as we wear a mask, but you have to visit in your loved ones rooms. I would recommend them to others looking.

From what our loved one can remember the food is good, she has gained weight and yet to complain. As far as activities go, they are doing stuff all the time and keeping the residents busy. We do think the value for cost is perfect.

The whole staff knows my mom by name and gives her lots of personal attention and love. They take the time to learn about the things she likes and doesn't like. When I have walked her down for her meals, there is already a cup of coffee at her place made just the way she likes it. It is an enjoyable place to go and visit my mom and the other residents who have become her friends. Even though she isn't able to remember the things she has done, my mom does tell me how good to her everyone is. Harbour is a clean, pleasant, and aesthetically beautiful place for my mom to live. We are very pleased.
Great Food

When I talk to the Director of Dining Services, Javier Gasnarez, I sense his passion to provide to my uncle and the other residents the highest quality food and to keep the meals interesting by providing a variety of menus including innovative new food choices along with favorite comfort food classics. Javier's garden program is a wonderful activity for the residents. The residents assist with the community garden and the produce is part the their meal later in the Summer and Fall. I thank Mr. Gasnarez and his crew for making meal time the highlight of my Uncle Larry's day.

reviewed on: 12/16/2020 by AnonymousIf your loved one is mobile, then it would be a great place. If they are less mobile then I would recommend another community. I would recommend the community improve on staffing or revise the residents that they bring into the community.
