Community Reviews
Excellent care! Highly recommended for the price of the loved one's care
reviewed on: 10/13/2019 by AnonymousThe facility and care by the staff was top notch. The nurse station is the hub to get information on how the resident has been interacting and behaving with the other residents. I could not have been more pleased with the care of my mother while she was there. Prior to my mother's death, Oasis staff kept me up to date on her diagnosis, medications, and comfort. As her daughter and primary health care advocate, I was pro-active and stopped by the facility every 2-3 days, so I was able to observe at various times how the staff and care was provided. During the final days of my mother's life, we brought in Hospice, at no charge, for my mother's care and to help make her comfortable. The Hospice coordination/documentation book was not completed by Hospice. But calling Hospice direct, we were able to get updates from their staff notes. Feedback was given to Hospice to coordinate this vital information to Oasis for better joint care. The Oasis mission statement matches their treatment and care of the patients! Highly recommended. Thank you Oasis.
Amazing!

They have been okay
reviewed on: 11/03/2015 by Loved OneThey have been okay, but the problem was the original assessment wasn't very thorough, and they takes fall risk very seriously. We have to pay for extra care through another agency, to cover the care. Everything is clean, but I have noticed that since we brought in extra care, they seemed to have back off all care. There is a little bit of a lack of communication between the community and the outside care staff. It's been difficult to find something that works well for the in between stage.
Bad experience
reviewed on: 02/10/2016 by AnonymousInadequately staffed. The staff they do have is rude and neglectful. This facility is not a good fit for people with Alzheimer's and dementia even though it is promoted as such.
