So Accommodating and Sweet
reviewed on: 05/01/2015 by AnonymousThey were so accommodating and so sweet to him. They bend over backwards to meet his needs. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. I rated it 4 stars because they are under construction, but it will soon be 5 stars. I also rated the cleanliness 4 stars because of the construction, but it will soon be 5 stars as well. The Asbury Gardens is a great place. I am glad my father is comfortable and happy here.
An Okay Facility
reviewed on: 11/25/2015 by AnonymousThere is not a lot of communication that comes back when I ask questions. Sometimes I feel like I have to pester and hound to get a response. The activities are a little repetitive. There is just a lack of information and also conflicting information.
Disappointed
reviewed on: 07/01/2020 by AnonymousDon't go there. We would not let my dad have his hearing aid and his teeth. They lost his hearing aid. They kept losing his things, glasses, hearing aids, and teeth. They did not keep the residents clean when they were eating or clean them up after meals. Many of the staff were negligent. They did not maintain the dignity of the residents.

reviewed on: 03/10/2016 by AnonymousWe like it very much. The people have been very, very nice. The rooms are larger and easier to maneuver with a wheelchair. The physical therapist even built a platform. The food is very good. It's a thousand dollars less than where we were before. The other residents are pretty nice as well. They come to get her regularly, and tell her it's time for lunch. They are very accommodating. She has a nice outdoor area outside her room. They have bent over backwards to help us with medicaid. It's very open and modern looking. It's nice to see people gravitate outside their room, and they have lots of nice areas to sit and be outside with the residents. You do have to supply all the toilet paper and things. Parking is nice. They just put in white marble floors that are so pretty.

reviewed on: 02/02/2014 by DonnaEveryone there is so helpful and friendly. My dad loves it in the memory care wing. They are taking good care of him. He loves his room. It's so big and has a beautiful view. It was a great transition for him to Asbury Gardens!
