Except for the resident smoking outside under the green canopy (close to door), I have nothing but good things to say about Victory Centre of Bartlett.
Homey atmosphere with nice staff

All of the residents and staff members seemed to be really nice and friendly. This facility is more towards people who are advanced in their conditions and require a lot of nursing help. The only bad thing I can say about this community is that the residents just looked really down and they couldn’t do anything for themselves. I would recommend this facility.

The community is very well maintained, everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and very polite. They were very informative and answered my questions. The staff have taken wonderful care of her and kept us well informed of any changes in her health. Her room and the facility are clean and never are odors present. She is clean and well dressed always. Mom has severe dementia so their close attention to her needs give us , her family confidence when we can’t be with her. We are so glad we found Victory and at peace knowing Mom is so well cared for.
