Cozy and Great
reviewed on: 03/22/2017 by AnonymousMy mom is struggling to adjust but it is nice community. The staff are willing to make her feel comfortable and they accommodate her with what is helpful. The meals are really well prepared from what I seen during lunch. The plan one big activity a week and have celebration for holidays. For St. Patrick's Day they had Irish dancers perform for the residents.

reviewed on: 02/07/2019 by AnonymousMy mother has been doing fairly well in the memory care unit at Copper Springs. She was sharing a room with another lady which was a new experience for her so it did take some getting used to. The staff are friendly, attentive, and appear to be genuinely concerned for the residents. The food appears to be good. My mother is still very active and the memory care unit is a closed unit so I think she gets pretty bored and would like to move around more. My mom says she tries to watch tv but she can't hear it. A sound system might help that They do seem to run out of paper products frequently; paper towels, toilet paper.
