Not Perfect But Good Care
reviewed on: 08/23/2016 by AnonymousThe care is going quiet well for my mom. My mom is living in a clean and odorless home. At times we have a communication barrier. It is all small things and they are willing to fix it. Other than that, we are pleased with them and overall we are happy with them too.

reviewed on: 11/25/2019 by Amber JonesI toured this community last weekend. The administrator came in on Saturday to show me around. The residents were happy and eating lunch that smelled amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are really big. When my dad is ready for memory care we will be moving him here.
Review of Regency Columbia Village Rose House

The grounds (outdoor gazebo) and the patio area was wonderful for him, and the staff was incredible. They took personal interest in him and he felt at home there. The rooms were amply sized and enabled him to have his own special furnishings during his time there. We highly recommend Regency to anyone!

The administrative staff was very flexible and helpful in working something out. The care staff is upbeat and always ready to accommodate any requests or needs. My husband's room is very nice and convenient. The small atmosphere (residents live in one of four houses) makes Regency easy to navigate, even with mobility issues, and less confusing for someone with cognitive problems. I highly recommend it!
