They have a good variety of activities and outings in the memory care area. Mom likes to play bingo. The community is new and very clean. I would recommend this community.

Wonderful Community
reviewed on: 08/30/2017 by AnonymousThey are taking really good care of my husband at the Provident Village at Creekside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to family and friends when we come to visit. The food is very delicious, I have dined with him on several occasions. I really enjoy the special days when they dress up in costume and serve food in relation to the day they are celebrating. They provide activities for the residents and the staff really tries to encourage the residents to participate. They have a terrace area for the residents to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. He really likes his room and we were so glad to furnish his room with his furniture and pictures to make him feel more at home in his new surroundings. We were not able to do that in the previous community. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.
Home Sweet Home

She has been at two other assisted living facilities in Atlanta and mom was not happy at either place, but now we can rest easy knowing she is in this great place.
A Mini Miracle

She has been there approximately one month and has made quite a turn around. Not only has her nutritional intake improved 100% but so has her emotionally well being as she is starting to engage in some activities. The absolute BEST is when EVERY TIME I visit she says"I love it here!" It doesn't get better than that!
