Community Reviews
Okay
reviewed on: 09/16/2013 by DaleThere were not many activities available. My dad didn't really care for the food. I never had it but I know he didn't really care for it. He's not there anymore. We moved him to the Willow Creek in Centerville because he was the only male resident at the one in Macon.
A good tour!
reviewed on: 05/05/2017 by AnonymousI also toured Willow Creek Macon. The community was clean and well organized. The tour guide that took us around was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice place, but not the best fit for my loved one at the time.
A nice place
reviewed on: 02/12/2014 by Our loved oneOur loved one was not here long before he decided he wasn't quite ready for a senior community, but they did a good job from what we were able to see. The staff were friendly and professional, and kept the place clean.
Nice Tour, But to Far For Us To Travel
reviewed on: 09/30/2016 by AnonymousMy tour of this community was good one. The community appeared to be well maintained. Everything was nice and clean. The staff I met was kind and very helpful to residents. It was nice to see them being attentive to the residents. The location of this community wasn't very convenient for our families to travel. I enjoyed my tour, this is a friendly community.
dot send your love to this facilitate unless you just don care abou them any more
reviewed on: 03/13/2020 by i was not happy here at allI actually lived in this facilitate for about 6months it was dreadful the women, marilyn that operated the facilities was very mean and hateful she was a bully. I seen stuff happen out there to people that was horriblel treating people un kindly who couldn't take care of them self.in my opinion the staff was very lazy and not educated properly on how to take care of people and show love. sometimes I cried for other people because they were older and some of the sweetest older people you could meet paid there debts to society and treated like number2 ad to get away tho I would went crazy if you send your love one make sure you visit them often and please please believed what they say regardless of how crazysure it might sound its true and the staff will make up lies about them to make you believe that they are actin innototapporpiate. the one good thing I can say is that the lunch was excellent the breakfast was basically not edible. these are my opinion and experience. but I drop the ball there are many times that I should called the state and reported them but did not. we were told that they had activities but there werenone
