Keep busy!
reviewed on: 11/02/2016 by AnonymousThe staff here has been great to me and my loved one. They are doing a good job with trying to help her transition. They do offer plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. The community is clean except for the stains that they have in the hallway. The food can use some improvement.
Mixed reviews
reviewed on: 05/29/2019 by AnonymousThe nurses seem to spend a lot of time on their phones. Sometimes you get a really good person. But a lot of times they just seem like they don't want to be bothered. Sometimes it's hard to find staff members. I went to visit my dad and didn't see a staff member for about 30 minutes.
Good care for family.
reviewed on: 03/13/2017 by AnonymousI like the care that my brother is receiving here from the wonderful staff. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are good and he is liking the variety. We like the room that he has. Activities are the offer to him and we hope that he will want to participate. We do recommend the care of this community to other families.
I live in Villa Palazzo
reviewed on: 06/07/2021 by Thomas (Higginbotham)staff is very nice but understaffed. food has gotten much better since the new company took over. As i don't need any of their medical services and such, I can't truly make any kind of judgement about that. But I do know many that do and they all appear to be happy with their care. There are a few negatives but not bad enough to really write about. This is my first assisted living facility so I also can't make any comparisons regarding other such entities.
