Best choice we ever made!!
reviewed on: 02/06/2020 by Dianne SnodgrassI wish I could give Alto 10 stars! Mom and Dad moved in 4 years ago and we've never looked back! Their apartment is so homey, decorated with their "stuff". After Dad passed in 2018 Mom stayed in Assisted Living for a few months. As her Alzheimer's progressed they worked with us to get Mom to the Memory Care floor. Best move we could have made. Every step from day one has been a smooth and happy experience. The pictures on this site were for Bickford and Charter (As are the negative reviews). They are long gone and Alto by Allegro has changed everything for the BETTER! You must see it to believe it. It saddens me to see the negative reviews when I have never experienced anything like that. And anyone looking for a place for family, just go there and take a tour. You will love it!
My Tour Here
reviewed on: 02/18/2017 by AnonymousI had a very good tour with a staff member that was knowledgeable and able to give me answers. Everything was fine here but when I saw the apartment it was not meeting our needs for my sister. She needed a large enough apartment.
Review of Alto Buckhead
reviewed on: 03/20/2020 by AnonymousHands down the best! Friendly, attentive, and fun from the time we walked in the door! Mom and dad love it here. Incredible staff that is very knowledgeable. Could use more parking but that's a small price for the comfort knowing mom and dad are happy and safe!
Alto Senior Living Of Buckhead
reviewed on: 07/16/2020 by AnonymousThe community is usually very clean. The staff is also usually very friendly. Normally, the care is pretty good, however over the last year, a lot has changed in my mother's care. Alto Senior Living Of Buckhead is a little expensive for the value. For the most part, we have been happy.
