Unique Features
We have been operating in Palm Beach County since 1982 and offer a variety of service levels and accommodations including a gated Alzheimer's unit.
We participate in the Medicaid Waiver, and Diversion programs, which will assist your clients with the cost of Assisted Living. and are preferred provider for the V.A.
What makes us different, our nursing department is headed by a registered nurse; our staff all work for Cresthaven, and not an agency. This allows us greater continuity of care and greater control of our services, which include licensed nurses around the clock providing personal care services, medication administration, bathing, dressing and so much more. -
