reviewed on: 04/25/2014 by Family MemberWhen I visited them, the place was brand new. Everything felt too new. The owner didn't have the complete management staff settled down yet. The facility was a little on the bigger side. There were too many residents, I didn't think my loved one would be comfortable there. They didn't have an outside area built yet but they were including it.
Very caring and affordable!
reviewed on: 03/13/2018 by LarryI can't say enough about the wonderful care my mother received here. Sam and his staff care about each resident as though they are family and it shows. They are able to take care of very advanced memory care patients. No, it is not the "fanciest" new building but the quality of care for the price can not be beaten anywhere in Tampa. The building and rooms are clean. The administrative staff is always up and about, interacting with residents and supervising the care staff. They tend to everyone's needs very well. Highly recommend!
Nice looking community
reviewed on: 03/28/2014 by M MWe toured this location when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a nice looking community, the facility itself looked good and I liked how it was set-up. The people looked engaged, and many were participating in a game of bingo during my tour. However the level of memory care required by the residents here was a bit beyond what we were looking for and it wouldn't have been a good fit for my loved one. There was also a noticeable urine odor during the time of my tour.
Moma is in the care of genuine professional caring personnel.
reviewed on: 12/04/2018 by Jo HansenI have my Mother here and she is doing wonderful. I love the staff I have a real connection with all of the day shift. The staff go that extra mile to make sure your loved one is being taken care of. I had a couple of minor issues but as soon as I addressed them with the director, problem was solved. The food is nutritious and and presented with pride by the chef. I love how EVERYONE is a team player NOT any of this isn't my job attitudes. The front desk is always there to greet you with a smile on her face and there to answer any questions or concerns. The individual who is in charge of cleaning the facility has her hands full but ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is eager to help you in any way. Great job to all of you because my Moma means everything to me and I know when I leave to go home and lay down for the evening I know I made the right choice for MoMA. Thank you all so much.
Great Staff
reviewed on: 12/19/2013 by NephewThey have been great, Penny has been excellent to deal with. She got us in there, plus helps my uncle out with his needs. He is doing good over all. It is very clean, very taken care of, and they have good patience with my uncle's outbursts. The only downside is that they don't have an outdoor area for him.
